if you buy the kit, you\'re talking around $1000+ from what I\'ve seen in catalogs..

SSBC has a kit for the s-series for around 700, that includes parking brake.

F-body rear discs will work, but you will have to do some work to get them right. E-brake is usually the most difficult when swappig brakes like this.

I\'m pretty sure that 2nd gen Bravadas have them stock, and newer blazers come with them as an option. I think that these will bolt up with no mess.

I paid $400 for mine. 4pistons per caliper, polished aluminum(or u can get powdercoated) ... aluminum mounts. I chose to get it without the ebrake. I think its like $20 more if u get the ebrake. It\'s a Wilwood Pro Street setup (for use on the street) my truck stops a LOT better now. I\'m also using an IROC master cylinder, you need a master off a car that came with discs all the way around. (IROC master uses metric fittings, you may want to try one that uses standard like our trucks [depending on the year].)

The kit came with pads and rotors and all necessary hardware of course.

Hey Mike - what kind of rear are you running? I\'ve been looking at disc brake kits for a while, but am waiting until I install the 9 inch I have. The kit I\'ve been looking at the most is the one from Baer. Wilwood is another option. What differences are there between the two kits? Which would you recommend?

I use the F-body brakes on mine. Use the 92 up 2wd rear and the brackets will bolt rite on. Turn down the axles to fit the rotor, Then you can either use the caliper with the e-brake or use 2 left front calipers and your done with the rear. I used the proportioning valve and master cylinder from the F-body and WOW have I got brakes now.

I didn\'t really look into Baer too much, they were a little more expensive if i recall correctly. Baer was more popular on road racing cars, I went with Wilwood because they were a big name and the install took me about 15min per wheel... I couldn\'t believe how easy it was. My 12bolt has 9\" ends on it, so unfortunately I can\'t help you with part #\'s. I\'m VERY happy with my Wilwood kit, I would definately do business with them again, and recommend them to anyone.
