what deep sump oil pan does everyone use in their truck?

I used the oil pan from Milodon and it was cheaper then the one from jtr and this web. I had zero fitment problems and it hold +2 quarts. very nice....... Also hamburger makes one for stroker clearance I've heard it's good too.

dude I used the stock 350 pan and it works great unless you just want more oil in it.

I used the Milodon pan last year on my 383. This year I have the Hamburgers stroker pan. JUNK!! DON'T BUY IT. BUY MILODON!!!!

I have a stocker on mine...but i will look into a milodon now....gotta love this site!

85SS you used a milodon? on the website it says its not stroker clearenced, so how did that work with the 383? what made you go from milodon to hamburger? i got a 383 im putting together but having problems finding a pan

If your not using 6" rods there is no problem with using a none stroker pan. I changed from the Milodon to Hamburgers cause at the end of season last year for some reason my pan quit holding oil!! lol
So when I built my new 406 I had to buy a new pan and the Hamburgers SEEMED to be a good pan. With the scraper and windage built in.
You can try it if you want I have had nothing but problems with it!

judging by the pics, i'd say its hard for anything to hold up to that "blast". im using 5.7 rods on my motor so a stock pan will b ok?
