Wow, who owns that Bad-Ass Black S-10 with the awesome WHEELS!?
Yes, a bad night for the Dodges vs. S-10s. I think that I may have run that SRT p/u earlier myself.
As for the last run where you tossed the driveshaft,

I watched that race from the stands at the starting line, and had no clue that you had a problem. So go figure.
As for MY video, thanks a ton for that, Andy. And as for your cameraman, he might have done better. But hey, but he DID get a decent shot of my run. And if I knew I was being taped, and shown on the WWW, I might have favored the near lane, and made a serious WOT run. Yeah, right.

For Mike:

Next run I kept it from spinning TOO bad for a 2.38 60 and a 12.734@115.18 @ 115.18. Not bad, especially considering the 2nd - 3rd shift twisted my driveshaft in half. It was a brand new driveshaft too. ...........................................

But Andy may have gone faster, I\'m not sure. The motor is making plenty of power, that\'s for sure.
For Carkiller:
On that 11.90 run, the 1/8 was 7.52 @ 90 mph. So, you should be in the 11s I\'d think, weather permitting.
My best 1/8 time is 7.38, and that was probably was a 11.7 run.

Hey Rich! Sure, I\'m still running that ol\' truck. In fact, was there Friday night. Pretty good air, squeaked a 11.7 out if it on one run (11.799 ) It\'d be great to meet up with you one Friday night.
.......... I\'ll give a shout when it looks like I\'ll get down there next. Or, vs. versa, give me a shout if there are no showers in the forecast.
........... My problem is that I never know for certain if I can be there until last minute. Weather is a factor, because I drive there on drag radials with no tread left, And the other problem is my work, which dictates much.

watching that video gives me flash backs. lol.
In other news, I think the fiance and I have found \"the one\" in our house searching.
It\'s got pretty much everything we want, in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to jersey and the allentown, bethlehem area, where I\'ll probably be working after the move. Aside from the 2 car attached garage, there\'s a 2 story 20x20 detached shop with heat and electric.
oh yeah, I went out there during the weekend without the realtor just to drive around and get a feel for the area. The street one block over is COVERED in burnout marks made by what appear to be some serious tires. There was a guy nearby working in his 3 car detached garage... from what I could see he had a 442 and a 2nd gen camaro with slicks up on a lift - yes, my possible future negihbor has a lift.
